Today BRM Institute introduces the Business Relationship Management: Knowledge Path to Success. There are four paths introduced in the BRM KPTS: Introduction, Certification, Application, and Results. These paths provide businesses and business leaders with knowledge to make BRM successful as a discipline, individually, and as an organization.

Business Relationship Management Executive Brief
Why and how to leverage a Business Relationship Management capability to move IT, Finance, HR, external partners, etc. to converged strategic partners and drive exponential business results consistently across industries. A BRM capability drives business value, builds strategic partnerships, and evolves enterprise culture to support collaboration and shared ownership of strategy and results across all business functions.
BRM Fundamentals
Business Relationship Management (BRM) Fundamentals introduces BRM as a capability, role, and discipline. The class is designed to facilitate an understanding of BRM fundamentals and is open to everyone (at any level and from any role) wanting to learn more about interacting with and/or how to achieve success through the BRM profession.
CERTIFICATION:
BRMP® Foundation
The BRMP training and certification program is intended as a comprehensive foundation for Business Relationship Managers at every experience level, with the training and certification designed to provide a solid baseline level of knowledge.
CBRM® Practitioner
The CBRM Practitioner Qualification is intended for the intermediate-to-advanced Business Relationship Manager, as it focuses on advancing to the role of Strategic Business Relationship Manager. As such, the primary focus is on strategic business relationship management, leveraged to optimize business value to the enterprise.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
The CPD Plan for CBRMs is a vital part of keeping your CBRM certification up to date. Strategic Partnering Approach
The Strategic Partnering Approach guides the participant through a framework aimed at leveraging a BRM capability to drive business value, build strategic business partnerships, and evolve enterprise culture. Participants will build a personalized journey map to move their team and their organizations forward. The Strategic Partnering Approach is supported with the Business Relationship Management Playbook, dedicated to enterprise facilitation.
Becoming a Value-Focused Organization
The Becoming a Value-Focused Organization workshop guides participants through a value approach consisting of a full-cycle value optimization framework that works across business functions to ensure that the organization drives towards business success. The value optimization approach and framework are designed to empower business professionals to share ownership of business value by engaging business partners/peers in idea generation (ideation), value planning, and ensuring business value results through value measuring, optimizing, and communication.
Business Value Ability: Organization Assessment:
The Business Value Ability: Organization Assessment is the new standard for business leaders to assess their organization’s ability to achieve business value. The assessment is used to determine an organization’s cultural readiness and business value ability through evaluating culture and individual behaviors of leadership and employees. The assessments guide participants through a simple technique for assessing business value ability and cultural readiness across the organization and surfacing BRM capability maturity, gaps, as well as opportunities to improve.

Business Relationship Management Certificate of Experience:
The Business Relationship Management Certificate of Experience is an earned certificate with recognition from BRM Institute, and our single global BRM community. Master of BRM:
The Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM®) is an earned certificate and recognition from BRM Institute and our single global BRM community that the applicant has gained above average knowledge in BRM and has also made many significant contributions to their personal purpose, their company(s) purpose, their communities, our single global BRM community, and the BRM discipline.
Building on the global success of the BRM certifications, Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) and Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM), the BRM KPTS provides a comprehensive action plan for evolving culture to support strategic partnering (teams) and driving business value. Leveraging their existing BRM capability, a holistic approach is necessary for executives to move business, IT, HR, Finance, external partners, and other areas to converged strategic partners. At the same time, business professionals/leaders from all industries and countries can leverage the BRM KPTS to map their personal BRM learning journey for greater impact on their career, their organization’s success, and community improvement.
With the release of the BRM KPTS, BRM Institute continues to set new business learning standards with the introduction of the Results series containing the BRM Certificate of Experience, as well as introducing a new MBRM.
