Not sure where to start? Take the learning path assessment to find the right fit for where you are and where you’re headed.

BRM Fundamentals

Most organizations don’t struggle because of talent. They struggle because of fragmentation — siloed teams, stalled initiatives, and strategy that never quite makes it to execution.

BRM Fundamentals is a one-day workshop that changes that.

Grounded in real organizational challenges rather than abstract theory, this lively, hands-on experience gives participants a clear understanding of what BRM is, why it matters, and how to start applying it immediately. Every module connects directly to problems participants already recognize — and leaves them with practical tools and a shared language they can use the moment they’re back at work.

Participants walk away knowing how alignment breaks down, how relationships drive strategic influence, and how to shift conversations from requests to value.

Who should attend: Emerging and aspiring BRMs, business and IT professionals, leaders, project managers, and anyone responsible for stakeholder engagement and delivering results.

Participants receive: A Participant Guide and Certificate of Completion.
