Why Should You Invest in the Certified Business Relationship Manager® Certification?

When I began preparing the CBRM® guide CBRMfor publishing, I had a moment to sit down and flip through the pages, and I thought back to my own BRM role. In particular, I reflected on how this material would have made a huge difference for my team and me, had it been available during that time. Some of the big value drivers that jumped out at me included the following:

Tools and techniques:

When you attend a CBRM® course, plan on rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty in the work. This work not only goes beyond the foundation of BRMP®it builds upon it by providing strategies and guidance that answer the question of “how.” For teams that have been working to build tools and design techniques on their own, the CBRM® certification provides a fast track to increase BRM value, complete with handy shortcuts.

For a BRM professional seeking the opportunity to cover higher-level learning (that happens to be hand-selected with BRMs in mind) without the graduate degree price tag, CBRM® is a great value.

Like all things, the value comes with application.
