This Week in Exciting BRM News: BRMConnect Amsterdam!
Today officially marks the first day of the final BRMConnect conference of 2016! BRMConnect, BRM Institute’s annual conference for business relationship managers, has now been held in four locations around the globe throughout 2016, including Charlotte, North Carolina, USA; Sydney, Australia; Banff, Canada; and now Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The first day of the conference will kick off with a focus on goal-setting and collaboration, giving attendees an exciting opportunity to connect with peers in the industry and spend time swapping best BRM practices. Next, day two’s theme is “Elevating the Craft,” featuring a full day of tools and techniques BRMs can then take back to the office, as well as collaborative opportunities to practice new skills and exclusive workshops with seasoned business professionals from around the globe.
The third and final day of BRMConnect will then culminate in a look at the development of BRM capabilities across various industries, followed by workshops offering strategies for success and tactics that can accelerate organizational convergence and build a more value-focused culture. The Thursday sessions offer a special “Executive Credential” pass for leaders interested in attending one final day focused on strategies and tactics.
“We are thrilled to offer our first BRMConnect event to this region’s BRMs and their business partners. We’ve put together an all-star list of presenters, representing some of the most renowned talent and skill in the field today. It will be a jam-packed three days, with need-to-know content from everyone from a business analyst to a CIO or Vice President,” said Aaron Barnes, BRM Institute co-founder.
For those hoping to make the most of their week in Amsterdam, a number of BRM Institute’s partners will also be on-site to offer various training sessions in the days leading up to the conference, including the highly-acclaimed Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification course. All attendees are also invited to schedule an exclusive free one-on-one “Meet the Experts” session, which is a unique opportunity to ask questions and learn from knowledge leaders in the field first-hand.
“It is our goal to ensure that BRMConnect is the most valuable experience professionals have ever had at an industry event from an educational, professional, and recreational perspective.”
