Jennifer Rautman

Jen is a passionate and experienced BRM. She started her official BRM journey in 2017, as the first within her organization. She has worked as a BRM partnering with many different areas of the business and enjoys learning something new every day. She most recently became a Director of her own BRM team within the Navico Group and is excited to share her knowledge and passion for BRM within her team and the Institute. Jen was recognized as a Top BRM in 2022.
In her free time, Jen enjoys running , cycling and cheering on her kids in all of their activities (WAY TOO MANY to list here). Jen is an active part of her community serving as the president of a school board and coaching softball in the spring and summer months.
