The Becoming a Value-Focused Organization workshop guides participants through a value approach consisting of a full-cycle value optimization framework that works across business functions to ensure that the organization drives towards business success. The value optimization approach and framework are designed to empower business professionals to share ownership of business value by engaging business partners/peers in idea generation (ideation), value planning, and ensuring business value results through value measuring, optimizing, and communication. As a value focused organization your primary focus is on strategic business relationship management leveraged to drive business value, build strategic partnerships and evolve enterprise culture. 2. Progressed in your career as a result of your efforts and this knowledge?
3. Influenced and experienced significant business impact around value?
4. Had a positive significant impact on your personal purpose and/or the community/world around you resulting from the workshop?

1. Detail the organizational changes that you drove moving to a value focused organization. Show evidence over time leveraging the business value ability assessment to establish a baseline, where you/your organization was prior to impact.
2. Complete the assessment today, to establish current state
3. Provide a detailed explanation of how you were able to leverage the knowledge gained from the workshop to influence improvements that assisted with the impact
