Nicole Eltom, CBRM

Nicole has 30 years of experience in account management in the telecommunications and IT industry supporting both Public and Private sector clients. Her experience is rooted in Client Relationship Management, Sales, New Business Development, Strategic Account Planning, and Business Leadership. Nicole is ITIL v.3 Certified and a BRMP. She holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the Sauder School of Business. In her current role at TELUS Business Solutions, Nicole leads a Customer Relationship Management team responsible for the Alberta Public sector clients. She also primes executing the evolution of this team to incorporate the BRM principles and disciplines into the strategy, nationally. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband and their four-year-old daughter, Cassidy. She has a passion for being active and competing in running races and triathlons. Nicole believes giving back is an important part of a fully balanced life and has volunteered in many capacities over the years; locally on her community board, as a team captain and fundraiser for the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer and CIBC run for the Cure. Presently, Nicole is the co-chair of the Connections Board, Edmonton Chapter at TELUS, a board member for Fulton Childcare Association, and now the BRM Institute Executive Council.
