I help individuals, teams and functions to achieve their full potential. My multi-disciplinary background enables me to design and implement pragmatic solutions that create real impact. I forge paths where none exist and take pleasure in bringing others along on the journey.

I have received five Global Excellence Awards from the Business Relationship Management Institute at Washington DC (2017) and San Diego (2018) in categories including Global Community Impact, Trailblazer, BRM Practitioner and Regional (Australia) Community Impact. I have also been included in the global list of Top Business Relationship Managers in 2019 and 2020.

In 2015 I received a highly commended Service Excellence Award from the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria Australia. My work has been showcased as an example of practical innovation in government as part of a new Whole of Victorian Government Innovation Strategy, 2017.

A passionate storyteller, I have delivered keynotes and presentations at professional and academic forums in Australia, USA, UK and India, including conferences hosted by the London School of Economics, Indian Institute of Technology (New Delhi) and Indian Institute of Management (Kolkata). My story titled ‘Walk Fast, Walk Far’ has been described as “the most impactful presentation” at BRMConnect 2017, Sydney.

My writing has been featured in Lonely Planet publications, the Victorian Public Sector Innovation Network, the Age, Herald Sun and various forums.
