We are pleased to announce the public release of the Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop and supporting content, the Business Relationship Management Playbook.

The Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop is part of the Application series on the BRM Knowledge Path to Success. The BRM Playbook is breakthrough content for business relationship management capability success and an extension to the Business Relationship Management Interactive Body of Knowledge (BRMiBOK^®). The BRMiBOK is an ever-growing digital collection of concepts, frameworks, models, and techniques for business leaders and business relationship managers of every industry. Earlier last week, BRM Institute Professional Members received exclusive access to a newly published set of guides and techniques known as the Business Relationship Management Playbook.

The Strategic Partnering Approach workshop uses the BRM Playbook to guide the participant through a framework aimed at leveraging a business relationship management (BRM) capability to drive business value, build strategic business partnerships, and evolve enterprise culture. The BRM Playbook ebook PDF is distributed to all participants of the Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop.

The Strategic Partnering Approach workshop serves as a guiding path in the Application series of the newly developed BRM Knowledge Path to Success (BRM KPTS). The Strategic Partnering Approach workshop is designed to help business professionals engaging key stakeholders in co-creating a roadmap for reaching and sustaining strategic partnerships that drive increased collaboration and ensure value optimization across the organization.

1. Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop participants will experience interactive and lively one-to-two-day sessions, which dive deep into the most common obstacles experienced by organizations working to evolve their BRM capability.

2. Participants will learn to clarify their organization’s goal with IT, HR, Finance and other functions integrating as co-leaders. They can expect to walk away knowing how to evolve culture to support collaboration and shared ownership of business strategy and business results.

3. In addition to these key objectives, participants will acquire knowledge in breaking down silos to integrate different functions and gain an understanding of the BRM impact on each individual function. Ensuring and communicating realized value is among one of the many additional learning objectives of the workshop.
