Today we announced our global strategic alliance with CSC’s Leading Edge Forum (LEF), the preeminent research and thought leadership company.

In an effort to maximize business value, leading organizations around the globe are implementing or expanding their BRM capabilities. These organizations look to BRM Institute and the supporters of the global BRM community to guide them through successful business transformations, leveraging BRM Institute membership, professional development programs, and BRMP certification.

LEF works with organizations in several ways to improve BRM excellence, providing services that help them understand where they are today, outline where they want to go, and provide guidance on how to get there through Collaborative Diagnostic Studies, IT or Business Leadership Workshops, Training Programs for Business Relationship Managers, and Value Realization (which includes coaching, mentoring, booster sessions, and communications workshops).

Through this strategic alliance, BRM Institute and LEF expect that their collaboration will lead to more effective knowledge-sharing, increased support for business relationship managers, and invaluable networking opportunities for professionals and organizations alike, which will significantly strengthen the BRM discipline and the value it brings to those organizations.

This collaboration between BRM Institute and LEF highlights a greater understanding of the value Business Relationship Management adds to the overall success of organizations, as well as the increased recognition of the BRM discipline across the globe.

David Reid, Head of Client and Advisory Services of LEF said, “I’m delighted to announce a furthering of our relationship with the BRM Institute.  By moving to a model of increased partnership, we will work together to enhance the BRM capability of organizations globally.  Enabling leaders to design, implement and realize value from BRM will be critical for success.  We are very much looking forward to supporting the global BRM community on the journey.”

Aaron Barnes, Co-Creator of Business Relationship Management Institute, stated, “We are very proud to continue our strategic alliance with LEF. LEF has been a great enabler of the global BRM community and the BRM discipline for over 10 years. Going forward, we look forward to working closely with LEF to give rise to even more opportunities, in order to help businesses and business functions converge with a shared business strategy and shared accountability for business value results through a BRM capability. ”
