Every year at the BRMConnect Conference, the Global Excellence Awards celebrate individuals and organizations who have made an impact on the global BRM community. These awards inspire others to strive for excellence and make a positive impact on the world around them.
The Global Excellence Awards, or #BRMLegends awards, have a big impact on the career of a BRM.
As the pinnacle of recognition within the business relationship management profession, there is no higher honor than to be recognized. These awards celebrate the exceptional contributions of individuals, teams, and organizations around the world.
Let’s recognize those who have gone above and beyond!

BRM Team
This award recognizes BRM Teams who have made a significant impact within their organization. The award is for teams who are able to articulate value and impact on business purpose. A truly impactful team expands beyond, working to actively engage their community while learning and exploring new methodologies. The BRM Team recognizes the demand for greater purpose, and embody it within their organization’s Triple Bottom Line; People, Purpose, and Planet.
Trailblazer "Purpose in Evolution"
This award recognizes the belief that BRM is everywhere.
The individual winner of this award must have demonstrated an evolution to purposefully and effectively partner with their peers across their organization sharing ownership of strategy and results. It also looks at the evolution to an individual’s development as well as their partners’ evolution.
Trailblazer "Up & Coming"
This award recognizes individuals who have entered the BRM career path within the last one to two years. They are seeking involvement in the BRM Community, learning opportunities from existing knowledge, and are advancing their network through mentee relationships with other BRMs.
Organization
This award is for organizations overall commitment to BRM. The recipient organization of this award recognizes the impact of, and the demand for, greater purpose. The winner of this award are advocates of the BRM philosophy rising up to meet the emerging demand. They embody BRM within their organization’s Triple Bottom Line; People, Purpose, and Planet
Global Community Impact
This award recognizes overall outstanding contribution to the single global BRM community and discipline through the last year through sustained and varied output. This group OR individual award recognizes a positive and significant effort made in support of developing, or advancing a local or global BRM community.
Executive
This award recognizes a C-Level function who has demonstrated extraordinary creativity, leadership, and great skill in supporting BRMs within their organization. The recipient of this award is a great advocate of the BRM discipline within, and outside of, their organization.
The Arnie
This award recipient represents sustained commitment to going above and beyond to get involved at BRM Institute, assume leadership positions within their BRM practice, establish mentoring relationships with other BRMs, and set an example within the global BRM community in efforts to advance the BRM discipline and the world. They are advocates of the BRM philosophy rising up to meet the emerging demand. They embody it within their organization’s Triple Bottom Line; People, Purpose, and Planet.
