Svetlana Sidenko, CBRM

Svetlana Sidenko has been a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP®) since 2003. She is also certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT®, ISACA), ITIL® Expert, PRINCE®2 Practitioner, Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®), Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE®), Change Management Registered Practitioner, TIPA Lead Assessor, and Accredited Best Practices Trainer of several disciplines. As a consultant, she has experience in various industries, and worked in both small and large global enterprises/virtual teams, as well as in major Canadian corporations. Svetlana is a part-time professor at the John Molson School of Business.

Svetlana has spent over eighteen years in management, including sixteen years in IT. Over the years, she has led teams and participated in numerous business transformation initiatives,  including building organizational structures (PMO, SMO, QMO, AMO) and balancing scorecards. She is also the co-founder and president of IT Chapter, a Montreal-based company that specializes in BRM consulting and training, as well as consulting and training in other IT best practices.  Svetlana has trained hundreds of students in her client’s organizations and in public courses in BRMP®, ITIL®, CobiT®, TIPA, Project Management, Change Management, and other disciplines.

Her various domains of expertise are as follows: Business Relationship Management, IT Governance, Project and Program Management, PMO, Business Transformations and Transition Management, Maturity Assessments, ITSM, Service Desks and Service Management Offices, Quality Management and Continual Improvement
