What is the dress code for BRMConnect?
The dress code is all business casual. Keep in mind the average temperatures in San Juan are warm. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a small notebook for notes, pens/pencils,and your portable phone/laptop charger.
How can I make the most out of my conference experience?
First-time attendees, plan your sessions based on the agenda content and select ones that match your challenges and goals. Don’t hesitate to talk and connect with speakers and thought leaders, make sure to introduce yourself.
I want to bring a plus one to the Welcome Reception. Can I?
Yes! We welcome you bringing a partner or spouse to the Welcome Reception on Sunday October 20, 2024. Please have your plus one fill out this form so we know they are coming and they will need to also opt-in here for dietary restrictions.
Will content be available after the event?
Yes! Your all access conference pass allows you to watch the BRMConnect on-demand sessions via the BRMConnect app for 90 days after the event. You can watch and rewatch your favorite sessions as many times as you want!
Where do I pick up my badge onsite?
Upon arrival at the Marriott, please follow the signs inside and locate the registration desk with the BRMConnect signs on the ground floor. You’ll be able to check-in and collect your badge before heading into the conference. Be sure to stop by the sponsor booths!
Will meals and drinks be provided?
Yes. We know you can’t blaze a trail on an empty stomach! Breakfast and Lunch will be provided each day along with coffee and tea throughout the day. In planning menus, we’ve kept dietary accommodations in mind. If you have kosher or halal needs, you’ll need to contact our events team prior to the event. For alcoholic beverages at the Welcome Reception, a cash bar is available and appetizers will be provided.
Is there a cost for parking at the hotel?
There is a charge for hotel parking. Overnight guests are $22.00 and valet is $27.00. Prices in USD.
