Q: I need to get a receipt for my membership. A: Anyone can get a receipt for their purchases via their profile. Go to My Profile> Purchases > Recent Purchases, find the item and select Details, choose either Send Confirmation Email or Print.
Q: My group membership roster has changed, can I transfer an active membership seat to a another employee? A: Absolutely. We understand that roles shift throughout the year and we’re happy to reassign benefits to new members or transfer active memberships to others on your team who have stepped into their new role. Please contact us for details and we’re happy to help.
Q: Can I get a refund on my membership? A: You can view our return policy here.
Q: Can I bundle my training and membership together? A: Absolutely. Since Professional Members do receive deep discounts on training programs, we encourage you to bundle your membership and training whenever possible. You can simply add both to your cart and receive your discount. If you need assistance or require an invoice, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are not able to retroactively apply discounts but we’re available to assist you in making your purchase.
