Q: What discounts are not available?
A: Professional Members qualify for discounts by anniversary date. Group discounts of 5+ or more attending together will receive 10% off. Storytellers will receive a special discounted rate.
Q: What is the dress code for this event?
A: The conference dress code is all business casual. This includes the conference and welcome reception.
Q: Is there a virtual conference option?
A: If you’re not able to travel to attend BRMConnect…no problem! We bring BRMConnect to you! The virtual attendance option will allow attendees to experience the event from the comfort of home. The virtual event runs 1 week after the live conference, all keynotes and panels will be recorded and storyteller presentations will be available to watch on-demand with live Q&A sessions in the event app. The full schedule is coming soon!
Attendees will have access to the conference app for 90 days post conference to watch, and rewatch their favorite sessions and chat with other participants.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: There are no cancellations or refunds. All sales are final. Registration fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend in-person or virtually (if applicable), you have the option to transfer your registration to another person within your organization. Registration changes need to be submitted in writing at least 5 (five) business days before the event to ensure all platform credentials are configured properly and provided in advance.
Q: Do you provide kosher food options?
A: Yes, you can select your dietary preferences including kosher, gluten free, etc during your registration process.
