As it is our privilege to earn your business, we want you to be satisfied with the value of your membership. If you find yourself dissatisfied in any way, we welcome your feedback. We will do our best to address your concerns. Please note, you assume the responsibility for your purchase. No refunds will be issued. Membership cannot be canceled nor is it refundable.  If you have any questions about our Return Policy or need help with an order you placed with us, please feel free to send us an email. In the rare event that a refund is issued, please note that there is an administrative fee of $40.00 USD and will only be considered within 30 days of purchase.
