Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM®)

The MBRM® is the highest level of BRM mastery — and the most personal. It is not simply earned through an exam. It is awarded in recognition of a career lived in the discipline, acknowledged by BRM Institute and the single global BRM community.

To achieve the MBRM®, candidates must demonstrate above-average BRM knowledge built through real experience and sustained contribution across four areas:

  • Your personal purpose
  • Your organization’s purpose
  • The single, global BRM community
  • The BRM discipline

The MBRM® exists because the need is real. Organizations require leaders who can converge business, IT, finance, HR, and other functions as true strategic partners — sharing ownership of strategy and results. A BRM capability is the only capability that makes that convergence possible. The MBRM® recognizes the professionals who have built and led it.
