Members, You’re First: The New Online Campus Launches Today!
Today marks the beginning of a new era for the BRM Institute Professional Members and the single, global BRM Community — and you’re getting a sneak peek behind the scenes.
Starting August 26, 2026, the new Online Campus platform is live, and Professional Members are being granted first access.
The Invitation Is on Its Way
Professional Members will be automatically added to the new platform —Here’s what happens next:
- Watch your inbox for an email titled “BRM Institute has invited you to the Online Campus Community.”
- Accept the invitation.
- Fill out your profile.
That’s the whole process. Once these three steps are complete, Professional Members are fully set up to start exploring everything the new Online Campus has to offer. You only need to complete these steps once.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- The invitation will land in the email address tied to each member’s account, so that’s the inbox to watch.
- Shortly after logging in, a follow-up email will arrive with helpful instructions and quick links to get oriented.

What’s Waiting Inside
As part of this first look, Professional Members will find:
Remi, our new AI Agent (Relationship Management Intelligence), on hand to answer questions and guide the way, day or night
A smart search bar that helps members find exactly what they need, quickly and accurately
Direct messaging and mobile access to connect one-on-one with fellow members and visit the Online Campus via mobile web anytime!
BRM Communities members can join based on interest, industry, and geography, plus the Member Hangout for open, informal connection
The interactive BRM Body of Knowledge (BRMiBOK) and Windows to the BOK — the discipline’s single source of truth, with 27,000+ hours of expertly researched content at their fingertips
Career Central, with career growth tools and resources to support members at every stage
Volunteer Central, for members looking to get involved and give back to the community
BRMP and CBRM study windows, along with BRM metrics, templates, and downloadable frameworks to put knowledge into practice (Coming Soon)
Interactive learning modules (coming soon)
And this is only the beginning. Gamification, workflow guides to support members through their membership tracks, and more are already on the roadmap as the Online Campus continues to grow.
Retiring the Old Platform
With this launch, the previous Online Campus platform is officially closing its doors to members. There’s no need to log in there again — everything Professional Members need moving forward lives in the new platform.
