Announcing the Senior Executive Engagement Community of Interest (COI)

BRM Institute is excited to announce that there is a new Community of Interest (COI) available for BRMs interested in engaging with senior executive leaders and influencing strategic direction and execution.

Are you currently enjoying executive trusted advisor status? How do you know? Would you be willing to share your wisdom with your fellow BRMs? Are you aspiring to this level of influence? Do you agree that organizations need strategic BRMs to drive and realize the value of strategic convergence?

Members of BRM Institute will address these questions and more within the newest Community of Interest on the Online Campus, the Senior Executive Engagement COI. This COI will focus on the unique challenges and skills required to engage senior leaders and influence strategic direction and execution. Strategic BRMs are needed as trusted advisors at multiple levels, but it’s another thing entirely to become a trusted advisor at the most senior executive levels, starting with awareness of what it takes to be successful and leading to self-assessment and development.
