This year’s Q2 BRMConnect Summit (a two-day opportunity for various BRM Institute workshops) is May 31st– June 1st, 2018, in Portland Oregon. Join Peter Lijnse and Elka Schrijver, co-authors and workshop facilitators from Lead the Pack Consulting, along with Aaron Barnes- co-author, BRM Institute’s co-founder and BRM Institute CEO, Marleen Lundy- BRM Institute’s Chief Development Officer, and Meriah Barnes- BRM Institutes VP of Membership Success, for this first ever workshop on becoming a value focused organization. Participants will receive a workbook, certificate of completion, and will also be eligible for the updated release of the e-book PDF when it becomes available later in 2018.

This interactive two-day session engages participants and dives deep into the value framework.  The workshop guides participants through a value approach consisting of a full-cycle value optimization framework that works across business functions to ensure the organization drives towards business success. The value optimization approach and framework are designed to empower business professionals to share ownership of business value through:

  • engaging business partners in strategy,
  • idea generation (ideation),
  • demand shaping,
  • value planning, and
  • ensuring business value results through value measuring, optimization, and communication.

Becoming a Value-Focused Organization is a part of the Application Series on the BRM Institute Knowledge Path to Success and serves as an addition to BRM Institute’s current BRM certification programs, BRMP® and CBRM®. Completion enables participants to apply for the Certificate of Experience: Becoming a Value-Focused Organization.

Any organization and/or participants looking to optimize and ensure business value through a business relationship management (BRM) capability will benefit from this workshop.

Hours qualify for CBRM CPD
