This past year, we’ve seen an unprecedented growth in Business Relationship Management and related practices across the world. CBRM Training is up over 40% this year over the previous year which shows us that more organizations are seeking the skills necessary to drive strategy and sustainable results through relationship management. We anticipate that 2025 will continue to show this trend across the globe as BRM expands in regions such as South America and Asia Pacific.
This year, we’ve seen a boom in growth for BRM careers and jobs with incredible organizations like NASA, Nestle’ and the UNICEF. Credentials for BRMs are no longer optional, organizations know they are essential for the tools and skills that come with hiring individuals who are certified.
We’ve watched the world change over the last several years and its proven time-and-time again, that Business Relationship Management is mission critical for organizations to thrive.
2025 promises to be an incredible year for BRMs- with the World BRMConnect Conference in Kansas City, Missouri showing signs of record attendancce, to 27 world tour stops featuring breakthrough BRM workshops which are sponsored by Lead the Pack Consulting, and groundbreaking tools from organizations like AtlasXT to support this journey, there are so many things to look forward to this coming year.
