Manager of Business Relationship Management | Tucson Electric Power Terry Krafthefer is Manager of Business Relationship Management at Tucson Electric Power | UNS Energy. After working in IT for healthcare for ten years, he joined TEP in 1992 where he has held a variety of roles. A member of IT leadership since 1996, Terry was in the initial group of business area representatives created that year. After establishing the IT project office, managing the IT budget process, and serving as director of operations applications support, he became manager of the newly formed BRM team in December 2010, charged with developing the team and BRM practice. With Terry’s leadership, the BRM team has promoted and supported long-term IT and business convergence through strategic planning, project portfolio management, and value realization. Terry holds degrees in Psychology and Computer Programming and Systems Analysis. He is founding member #120 of the Business Relationship Management Institute, which recognized him for BRM excellence in 2018 and 2020.
