Chameka Amerson is Manager of Business Relationship Management Department at the Institute of Nuclear Operations (INPO) within the Information Technology Division. Chameka is an innovative technology strategist with expertise in strategic execution, cultivating productive collaborations, and building high performing teams. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector. She has an extensive background in Business Strategy, Application Development, IT Service Desk, and Infrastructure. Before joining the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations in 2011, Chameka spent most of her career as a technology consultant with a Global consulting firm implementing solutions in the transportation and utility sectors.

In her current role at INPO, Chameka leads a team in Business and Information Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, Relationship and Value Management, Value Execution and Delivery through Business Analysis and Product/Project Management, Organizational Change Management, and IT Service Management with a focus in Digital Transformation. She is leading efforts in Data Analytics helping the company create its first Data Analytics program. She was influential in the revitalization of the Business Relationship Management Department as a value-add organization.

Chameka is a transformational leader with a focus in Business Relationship Management, Agile leadership, and Strategy to Execution. Her team is dedicated to understanding business goals and objectives to deliver value through technology. She holds certifications in Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Lean Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belts, Agile Coaching Certificate (ICP-ACC), SAFe Agilist 5.0, Agile Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA), Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Business Agility (ICP-BAF), and Organizational Behavioral Management (OBM). Chameka is also a graduate of the Duquesne Executive Women in Leadership Program.
