Evaluate – We will evaluate your BRM and/or employee experience efforts, to include the skills, approaches and organizational structure in place to support this work. The results will highlight strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations moving forward.
Envision – We will facilitate interactive sessions for executive teams to inspire and set new strategies and supportive actions around their BRM and/or employee experience plans and ambitions moving forward.
- Speaking/Training/Workshops. We will develop and deliver customized half-day, single-day and multi-day training/workshops that teach participants how to apply BRM and/or the principles of employee experience through a combination of presentations, discussions and small group exercises.
- Coaching. We will provide ongoing support for executives who are leading BRM and/or employee experience transformation efforts.
- Implementation. As desired, we will provide implementation oversight with additional 3rd parties in the execution of the plan.
