Following a successful 25-year career at Procter & Gamble, Kip is now focused on leading efforts to bring Business Relationship Management (BRM) to help transform organizations.  He’s currently working with MITRE to bring BRM to the IT function at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington D.C..  Additionally, Kip founded Employee Crossing, LLC to drive better employee experiences within enterprises – by transforming what employees use for services and systems each day at work.  Having both a strong IT and business background, Kip has a passion to apply what he’s done with BRM, research, analytics, design, communication, and overall brand building to improve how services and IT are delivered within companies.

Evaluate –  We will evaluate your BRM and/or employee experience efforts, to include the skills, approaches and organizational structure in place to support this work. The results will highlight strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations moving forward.  

Envision – We will facilitate interactive sessions for executive teams to inspire and set new strategies and supportive actions around their BRM and/or employee experience plans and ambitions moving forward.

Enable

  • Speaking/Training/Workshops. We will develop and deliver customized half-day, single-day and multi-day training/workshops that teach participants how to apply BRM and/or the principles of employee experience through a combination of presentations, discussions and small group exercises.
  • Coaching. We will provide ongoing support for executives who are leading BRM and/or employee experience transformation efforts. 
  • Implementation. As desired, we will provide implementation oversight with additional 3rd parties in the execution of the plan.
