In our ongoing commitment to fostering growth and engagement within our community, we are excited to announce the resurgence of BRM Communities aimed at enhancing inclusivity and collaboration.

With the goal of consolidating geographies into four regions and providing more inclusive access to resources, we are confident that these initiatives will empower all community members to connect, learn, and grow together.

Key Features of the BRM Communities:

  • Consolidated Geographies: Our community will now be organized into four regions, streamlining communication and coordination efforts while ensuring representation from diverse backgrounds and locations.
  • Inclusive Access: All community members will gain access to the newly unlocked BRM Communities Online Campus space, providing a platform for networking, learning, and collaboration. Members will be auto-enrolled into three communities based on profile choices, in compliance with GDPR regulations, including geography, industry, and function. Additionally, members will have the flexibility to participate in other communities as desired, fostering greater engagement and collaboration.
  • Increased Engagement: To facilitate networking and development opportunities, LinkedIn Groups have been created for every BRM Community, allowing members to connect and exchange insights. Furthermore, all communities will meet quarterly at a minimum, with non-geographic communities holding meetings to accommodate different time zones, ensuring accessibility for all members.

Ideal State of Single, Global BRM Community:

  • Global Significance: Elevating the global significance of BRM by fostering a worldwide network of professionals and promoting collaboration across different communities.
  • Learning and Innovation: Stimulating learning and innovation among diverse BRM experts through impactful testimonials, case studies, and educational resources.
  • Expansion and Unity: Broadening the BRM community to include all roles and functions, uniting professionals from various industries and geographies to drive substantial progress in the field.

History of BRM Communities:

  • The structure and framework of BRM Communities have evolved over time, reflecting our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and growth. Organized based on geography, industry, and interest, each community is led by two leaders and supported by five teams focused on diversity and inclusion, events and engagement, education and research, growth, and operations.
