We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of breakthrough content through an extension to the Business Relationship Management Interactive Body of Knowledge (BRMIBoK®). The BRMIBoK is an ever-growing digital collection of concepts, frameworks, models, and techniques for business leaders and business relationship managers in every industry. When this new content is released, professional level members will be provided exclusive access to a newly published set of guidance and techniques known as the Business Relationship Management Playbook.

The Content

The Business Relationship Management Playbook guides the reader through a framework aimed at leveraging a business relationship management (BRM) capability to drive business value, build strategic business partnerships, and evolve enterprise culture. While most organizations have some level of BRM capability, the Business Relationship Management Playbook is designed to help business professionals assess BRM capability health and create plans for improvement that drive increased value across the enterprise.

The Approach

“We are proud to bring the Business Relationship Management Playbook to our global BRM community, as well as this opportunity to enable BRMs to drive business value through a customized, enterprise-level, facilitated program for organizations across the globe. Over the past several years, our focus has been on content creation at the individual level—“developing BRMs,” so to speak. With the success of the BRMP® and CBRM® programs, we’ve been able to focus on the health and success of business relationship management on the enterprise level. With several successful pilots of this content at BRM Forums and among partners from Fortune 100 companies, we know that this is what our global community has been looking for to move their functions to business-leading peers, sharing ownership of both business strategy and business results.”

    Hi Aaron & Kayla,

I am very interested in what you are doing with the BRM Institute and would love to be included when you release the BRM playbooks sometime this quarter.

I recently established the BRM role within my organization and am always looking for ways better equip and enable them in their new role. The BRM playbook sounds like it may be a very useful tool.

    Thanks, Rob Graf
